As soon as I got the message that -.HoD.- has a new piercing set out at The Gallery Gift Shop, I had to beam over right away to check it out, for I'm a huge fan of the store and own most of their previously released items! The 'Scorpio Simplicity Piercing' is, in comparison to some of the other works of Aydan Darcy, indeed of a more simple and clean style - and very gorgeous. It comes in a variety of 9 colours and includes both male and female sizes, but is also mod for those of you that have a face somewhere in between, like me. The pack is only 50L$, so it's a really nice deal as well!

Tableau Vivant's been my choice of skin this time again, and I'm wearing 'Adam' in the picture above. It is one of my favourites from the store, since it also comes in a 'no brow' option that allows a number of different looks. Also from Tableau Vivant is the 'Lythrum' hair. I purchased the Black & White pack, which contains 4 shades of each colour, 2 different head-alphas and two sizes of hair, for the male and female head. Demos of this rigged mesh wig are available in store. Fairly new still is one of the latest releases of {D.A}, the Nebula-series. 12 pastel colours in total, a missing black pupil and tiny stars embedded in the huge iris create an otherworldly look, with a little universe inside of your own eyes.

I'm reading The Godfather right now, which might have been the inspiring factor for this post. Every time I am wearing a suit in SL, I personally feel like I'm taking part in a) a mafia movie or b) am expected at a gothic wedding, so this is the reason you're getting Storm with torn hearts and splattering blood tonight... it simply fits both. Back to said suit, though, for it's my 'Item of the Night' today. You can purchase this truely gorgeous piece of mesh-clothing at this round of FaMESHed, which is also their birthday event where a great number of designers offer their wares in not only one, but two tents this time! Kauna has been the creator that tailored this perfect piece of a suit, which is a real eye-catcher for all the mothers-in-law out there (and also the undertakers - either for themselves or their, ummm, clients).





It comes in two colours: the one I'm introducing, a deep black, and a likewise elegant brown one with a subtle pattern on it. For 949L$ each, you get a long list of items to mix and match and choose on how to wear them, as there are two types of trousers (a long and a shorter model), the blazer, a handkerchief, the vest, shirt and a tie, all of them as 'under' and alonestanding versions, too, so you can decide to wear just the shirt with the tie as well. I'm showing some of the variants in the picture above. In case you want to add some splashes of colour to your outfit, two additional packs of ties and handkerchief are available for a price of 149L$, if you consider matching your loved one's garments on that special night. Kiss the void, embrace the nothing. This blog, so fresh that it is still dripping blood, has sort of been born out of the void, too, an emptiness caused by a dear friend of mine that is on temporary leave due to RL-circumstances and so isn't around to work on our mutual project, Eclectic Equations, right now. The blog is still around, but I'm lacking the right drive for it now, so I decided to try something new to feed my muse - and here we are! Snow and Sorrow, my newborn, undead baby which isn't going to be your standard fashion blog for SL, but dedicated to its darker, the more gloomy side.

Most of the time, that is, for I have recurring phases of pink- and glitter-addiction as well. so be warned! The lovely lady to my left, Raven, is going to help me display the female clothes and items that catch my eye, and she'll most likely crack the whip on me if I overdo it with the glitter. Being my female alt, our tastes in fashion are, what a surprise, quite similar, even though she usually prefers more classic or fetish-inspired styles than I do. Despite Raven's presence, this blog is mainly catering to male-defined characters in SL, though I'm sure we're going to be a good team that will offer a variety of styles to the interested audience... at least that's what we're aiming for.
